A unique opportunity has arisen to join the team at our award winning hotel in Auchterarder, Scotland. This is a fantastic role for a highly motivated and ambitious hospitality manager seeking a new challenge within a luxurious boutique hotel environment.

What’s involved?

As Restaurant and Bar Manager you will work in partnership with the other customer facing Heads of Department to deliver a wonderfully seamless guest experience across all food and beverage outlets in the hotel.

You will have experience as a food and beverage supervisor or in junior managerial roles with exceptional customer service standards and be able to demonstrate a steady career in Hotel and Hospitality Management.

The Restaurant and Bar Manager role includes:

- Direct management of all food and beverage staff
- Rota management
- Service standards
- Stock and cost management
- Overall restaurant and bar operational management.

Reporting into the Hotel Operations Manager you will also take on Duty Manager responsibilities during your working hours.
